原理:

有機廢氣經鼓風機進入焚化爐,由燃料燃燒加熱,升溫至800℃左右。在此高溫下,廢氣里的有機物被氧化分解為二氧化碳和水,反應后的高溫煙氣進入特殊結構的陶瓷蓄熱體,絕大部分的熱量被蓄熱體吸收,溫度降到接近進口溫度的煙氣經煙囪排放。通常情況下,焚化爐由三個蓄熱室構成,廢氣在PLC程序的控制下,循環執行以下的操作流程:廢氣進入已蓄熱的蓄熱室,得到預熱,然后進入燃燒室,處理后經未蓄熱的蓄熱室冷卻后排放,一部分處理后的氣體被引回到第三室,吹掃其中殘留的未處理廢氣。
Organic waste gases enter the incinerator through draught fan and are heated up through fuel combustion when the temperature rises to about 800℃. Then, organics contained in waste gases are oxidized and decomposed to CO2 and H2O and high temperature flue gas incurred during reaction enters the specially structured ceramic regenerator. Most heat is absorbed by the ceramic regenerator and flue gas whose temperature drops to near the inlet temperature is discharged from the chimney. Generally, the incinerator is composed of three regenerative chambers and waste gases repeat the following steps under the control of PLC: waste gases are preheated in the regenerative chamber and then enter the combustor. After being treated, waste gases are cooled in the regenerative chamber and discharged. A part of treated gases are discharged to the third chamber to purge residual untreated waste gases.
